   Customer service is rubbish, ladies at newlynn savemart needs to smile they always looking so angry. I go there nearly everyday and to see their faces with no smiles just ruins the vibe. Or else they’re like hawk eyes on everybody like there gonna steal something (especially those who don’t dress like they can’t buy certain things but they can) while at check out I smile and want to ask them how is there day going but all I get is a straight face while they scan my things no convo just dead silence .They need to loosen up and welcome customers not act like customers that show up will steal things. Don’t get me wrong I love shopping there but SMILE or greet customers because it puts me off.

   It's ok place. Bug size op shop. Sometimes good, sometimes nothing to buy. Vent are not so good, made me always sneezing.

   Very expensive clothing, however I couldn’t resist on buying a few items. There were no baskets to put any items in, which I found annoying as I was holding 10+ items of clothes at once. -They need to sort this out, how do they expect customers to shop. Staff were stand offish when approached about asking if we could bring a shopping bag in to put our items in while we shopped. A firm no from them! They didn’t offer to let us put our stuff aside while we shopped either. It was quite a disappointing experience while shopping here.

   Holly Molly this place is expensive!! I want to say its a rip. They are packed from end to end with 2nd hand clothes and shoes, these are not at second hand prices. Shoes are half price on what youd pay full retail. There was a pair of heels $50.00, there all similar or half of wat full retail wouldv been. Ive added some photos, i wish i got more. They must be making an absolute killing. If your looking to save at save mart, your unfortunately not saving much here. The denim jacket in the picture is $49.95 it's not a label brand & this is 2nd hand & dated. The shorts are $24.95 they are warn & basic & I could get a brand new pair for that price in town.. it so sad to see these business that most often get all these clothes for free from clothing bins & sell them at premium prices. Its pretty sad.

   ♿ wheelchair accessible entry no public toilets Big warehouse ladies men childrens clothing shoes ties hats linen good 2nd hand place designer brands or basic .. also books and variety of toys to crafts..lots of changing rooms plenty of parking. No putting on clothes at the racks .. you have to use changing rooms. No afterpay

   Was absolutely shocked to see prices of clothing here' second hand clothes being sold at the price of new clothing,, a pair of underwear selling for more than it cost brand new' from T shirts to singlets to dresses to pants/shorts Highly disturbing seeing prices use to be a very good store its definitely gone from 5 star rating to a one' you are better off going to posite plus or the warehouse prices are cheaper than second hand.

   I'm sure the shop is nice. But I waited outside for 20 minutes for it to open to donate some kids clothes only to be told to take it to 19 Portage Road. A sign on your door would be amazing... Here is a picture of 19 Portage Road by the way....

   Too much price for the second hand used clothing. I don't find any justification of such abnormal pricing. It's better to buy brand new one. Lots of parking facilities, but don't find any toilet for customer's use.
