“One of the biggest supermarket in Papakura. It’s surrounded by various shops and restaurants. Always good to visit. The inside looks very fresh, clean and tidy. The layout is nice. You will find everything you need. Ample variety of fresh fruit and juice. The online shopping pickup area is great. The staff are generous and courteous. There is ample parking available. The entrance is from mIn great south road and the opposite road.”

The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“This is a smaller Woolworth store focusing on the smaller variety of items due to the busy and premium location. In spite of the smaller stock levels, the variety is well maintained and well displayed too. The aisles are wide and clean. The store layout is very intuitive and focuses on deli, quick bites and coffee. Self service check outs are available too with quick payment options. The location is easily accessible but parking is at a premium and very hard to find. Well recommended to get a quick bite or grab smaller items instead of a complete week or month full of shopping.”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“One of the early Countdown stores, nicely situated in the Northcote shopping centre area. Parking are part of the shopping centre. Pricing are typical Countdown. Interior has been modernised and now it feel refreshing. Staff members are helpful, and variety are quite good.”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”
