   One step up from a four Square or Diary, the staff are always checked out, and have often come away empty handed as not everything you need is in there. The bakery section is a joke, and its the only supermarket where any sort of lunch offering like pre packed sandwiches are not available, which is weird, as there must be loads on Tradies or even people waiting for their Laundry to be done next door passing by. It used to be way better when New World was in this location, do yourself a favor skip this place for a better shop elsewhere.

   One of the worst places for parking. Just because you're on the North Shore, doesn't mean the staff look/treat unfamiliar customers different. Not a good feeling being judged for how you may look.

   5 stars for the lovely lady working on the checkout today. After a long emotional day I was totally not in the mood for shopping. The kindest lady was at the checkout and she was singing whilst she scanned my food. She was singing “dream a little dream of me” and has the most beautiful voice. She really put a smile on my face when I wasn’t feeling great. Keep singing whoever you are!

   Very ordinary experience nothing outstanding just a supermarket.. the staff are always polite, product range is limited obviously with the store footprint being significantly smaller than a normal supermarket. It’s more like a 4 square

   I've been shopping regularly at this store for 4 months now and there's a fantastic staff member on the checkout called Nicholas. He is happy, smiling, communicative and friendly. I always head to the checkout where he is. He's such a joyous guy. Thanks for the million dollar " genuine" service Nicholas, it's very much appreciated.
