   There has been a big upgrade in the store The new see through glass fridges awesome The fruit and vegetables display stands are great The presentation to the whole shop is awesome The staff at checkout need to work on their customers skills It's is shocking Also staff need to make sure there's ample trolley especially for the elderly Sadly the day I was there I had to carry my groceries to checkout Small amount at a time until I got all the groceries I needed No trolleys available More effort needed in staff customer service

   NZ post is inside Fresh Choice and is obviously run by Fresh Choice staff. The lady who served me was nice but struggled to find the international address I was shipping to, but it was in FedEx format and I’ve never had this issue with other post offices so not sure why she struggled. I rewrote the address in a slightly different order and asked to use one small piece of tape to stick over the address. I think she just couldn’t find it since she tried putting the address in before I filled in the customs form. The lady just gave me a large roll of tape to cut off a small strip to use. A male staff, maybe her manager, suddenly came by and asked her if I used their tape then told her to charge me 50 cents. When I asked if he’s serious he said they were just doing their job. I guess his job is to micromanage his staff and annoy customers with unreasonable charges. I’ve never been forced to pay at any post office for using a small piece of tape. Thank goodness it’s not my local post office, I feel so bad for all the locals that frequent this place. Stingy and rude!

   usually i always have a great time here. but today i ordered through uber eats and did not receive my order, instead i received someone else’s order, yet my receipt was stapled to the bag. rang my uber driver; they did not pick up. i thought they’d come back, but they did not. i filed a complaint with uber. first time there’s been a mix up of this. terrible.

   Food has turned bad and they still sell them to the customer. I ordered from Uber, the bok choy was too old, leaves turned yellow with holes. The stems got mushy and brownish, leaking from the package with a smell. The worst part is the store knew them have gone bad, they cut some of the bad leaves and sent them to the customer!! Not to mention here is the eggs also got some crack. I had to cook and eat them straight soon I received.

   It's Okay and good to buy grocery items that you ran out of . For convenience but be prepared to search for parking as the rec centre seems to take up alot of the parking spaces.

   Today my sister experience 2 workers from the Fresh Choice 2/7/2023 approx 2.10pm accusing her of stealing from the store. It was a traumatic experience as she is 7 months pregnant and these workers alluded too her putting something I her non existent pockets. They were extremely rude and intimidating. We will lodge a formal complaint also!!!

   Their staff will accuse you watch out! Me and my girlfriend went to pick up some eggs, I waited in the car and when she came out with the eggs I noticed that one of the egg was broken so told her to go inside and return it. The staff then accused my girlfriend of breaking the egg and talked behind her back while refusing to accept that they did not see the crack before in the store. This was a very upsetting experience for me and my partner. Avoid this place, they will find excuses to make you buy broken things and accuse you of lying to them! You have been warned!

   Friendly caring staff who go the extra mile. I observed them on different days over a month helping the elderly, mothers with babies and toddlers who had their hands full, and physically disabled by taking trolleys out to customers' vehicles and unloading groceries for them. They also called cabs for people to be transported home with shopping, brought chairs outside for the elderly to wait for a ride, and demarcated and enforce the three handicapped parking spaces outside the store. There is a $500 fine if you park and have no current handicapped access tag on display. Claiming, I'll be 5mins doesn't cut it so park where you ought to. This store looks after their community. Inside is organised and neat. Some items were expensive but prices for goods across the country have also gone up. Thanks for a great experience. God Bless you.
