While other staff at Kmart Sylvia were unwilling to help or put in any effort, Samantha took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my situation. Even though I didn’t have my receipt, she patiently searched for it and made sure I was looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way made such a big difference. She understand the value of someone’s money and did her best to help. Thank you, Samantha you turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Kmart is lucky to have someone like you!”

“I went to the store this afternoon to grab a drawer liner, but to my surprise, I found a big mirror I’d been searching for everywhere, it was finally in stock! I knew I had to get it before it was gone again. The floor staff, Lei and her two colleagues, were amazing. They helped me bring the mirror to the checkout and even assisted me in loading it into my car. I’m really grateful for their help. “I have changed over to my prescription meds pickup to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale recently as prices are way better and the stock is 5x larger than regular pharmacies. It is always busy there with plenty of helpful staff often stocking up shelves. Most know where stuff is.”

“Great hospice. Always tidy, great pricing, lots to sort through. The previous manager was so ruddy awful always screaming and yelling, the place became unbearable. A lot more chill now. Great staff as per usual. Not sure if I met the new manager today, whoever she was, she was awesome. Lot more chill now at the hospice.”

“May 2023 Back again fow a few items in between our regular shop. The store very clean and tidy as usual. Jan 2023 A quick visit was carried out today. Shop is still very clean and tidy. Shelves are well stocked and presented. The self service checkouts are very easy to operate and can make shopping less time consuming. Earlier visit Easy store to shop in. Products are well laid out and there is always a store staff member close by who will off assistance if required.”

“My favourite supermarket, I go here multiple times a week and have been doing this for around 5 years. Relatively small store with a tonne of selection. All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.”
