   I’m leaving a 1-star review because this was ridiculous. We went through the assisted checkout and the guy literally stood there watching us bag everything ourselves. Then he started helping another customer and even dumped their groceries onto our checkout because we were “too slow.” Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating.

   I was here today, Jay assisted me and did a fantastic job. I'd misplaced my members card, so he asked another customer if they could swipe their card so I could still get a discount. I'm impressed pressed by him going out of his way for me. Well done Jay!

   Subject: Feedback on Customer Service Experience Dear Customer Service Team Leader On 25/08/2025 at 4:51 AM, I visited your shopping mall. Unfortunately, I encountered poor customer service from one of the reception staff. When I politely asked her about the location of the food section, she refused to respond. I have also heard similar feedback from some of my friends—that while many of your reception staff are polite and helpful, a few display rude behavior. I kindly request that corrective measures, such as customer service training, be provided to this staff member. I do not suggest removing her from her job, but I believe additional guidance could help improve her professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [your Customer]

   There are never any baskets. Ever. Everywhere you look customers struggling and juggling groceries in their hands. Every time people will walk past the trolleys expecting there to be baskets inside, but nope. Guess we are carrying our stuff by hand. Every time. Get some more baskets for crying down the sink.

   I'm getting a little sick of the food being off all the time. I'm pregnant and just ate off soup. I do look at BB dates on things but to be honest it hasn't been a check every item before i purchase religiously. But its getting worse here. So many cheeses and fresh meat I pick up these days are already expired and still sitting there. I find it weird that's there is no stock checks or rotation? I would recommend checking every item each time. You cant trust it anymore

   Great Local Grocery Store - Good Variety lots of specials keep an eye out for mailer specials larger shops are general more expensive but essentials are sometimes cheaper. Overall Good Shopping Experience. Access to public toilets, friendly staff. I recommend meat section provide better cuts.
