   Woolworths has a lot of daily supplies, which is really useful. Sometimes they run out of stock in the night though. Staff are really kind and caring to the customers. And the cashiers take their time and don't rush like other markets.

   When I am visiting in Auckland Howick I enjoy walking to Woolworths Howick the location has such a clean and high standard atmosphere and seats are beautiful and well maintained . Toilets clean and of a high standard. The location is immaculate. It is very enjoyable shopping at Woolworths Howick and the choices of Vegan and Vegeterian options are excellent. Sorry I didn't take any photos. You have to be careful not to take photos with others permission. I will be there next week so I will take a selfie. I love being there it just reeks of cleanliness high standard and just a lovely shopping and beautiful environment. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. I received excellent service in the self checkout area.

   Gone downhill since recent manager and staff change. Self checkouts are dirty, careless response from staff member when brought to her attention. Asked a staff member if she could check stock of garlic, she said no she couldn’t and left it at that. Unbelievable....

   Staff friendly on the whole. Some gaps on shelves,meat dept needs upgrading,too much stock in large portions,no options for single customers with 1 or 2 small portions.

   Self checkout error and money had been deducted from account. Money returned to account an hour later. Trying to follow up error on the phone whilst frustrated as money showing as deducted. No responsibility or ascertaining of information through listening to details given from female supervisor at checkouts. Complete lack of logical reasoning showed, despite showing money dedication. Claimed she was more qualified to deal with it (which she didn't) than the store manager when asking for store manager. She was extremely insinuating, unreasoning and denied error to operational system of self checkout. Have escalated, and outcome findings show a system error on Countdowns Howicks checkout system. Terrible customer service needs foresight and training. Highland Park Countdown is the better option. Steer clear of this store.
