   0 stars!!! I feel like they always stereotype people because I swear everytime I shop here they ask me to pay or that I forgot to pay, and assume I’m stealing lol. Staff seem rude and impolite. I get it, it probably happens a lot and people walk off without paying but still how rude. Lady literally called out loud to me to go back in with my little baby to a self checkout counter that I did not go to at all. You need Stop wasting my time. The staff need to be more vigilant and check the self check counters and the cameras to prevent people from stealing and stop making unnecessary assumptions. My Time is precious so do better!!!!

   Always a pleasure shopping here because there are lots of room to shop and well organised aisles to locate items. Superb lightning that gives a fresh feeling when entering every time. Very clean and always a nice feeling to shop. Well done Woolworths

   This one is still known as countdown. I guess it will take bit longer to change the name to Woolworths. Located in the mall it provides good service and variety of items. I particularly like the fresh flowers/bouquet which are reasonably priced. Since they jave moved to everyday rewards the specials are great. There is great variety of sauces and wines. The self checkouts are excellent way to just pY and get out. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking available since it’s in the mall.

   While doing the limit of per customer had my daughter with me and they said we still couldn’t get it. She is a human and a customer as she could eat the chocolate too. Next time put sign ‘not including kids’

   I've been coming to this countdown religiously every single Wednesday dot on 6:30 pm for almost a year now and I've gotten to know some of the workers so well as well as the security guards. They always welcome my daughter and I with open arms to the point where my daughter sees them and yells "look mum, friend!!" I am now so reliant on these encounters with the workers that it's the only reason I enjoy my food shopping day. 10/10 would recommend

   This store it’s really big inside Lots of car parking Not so busy at the counter Food is fresh at this place I just feel little not much but little bit costly They have nice big space but have limited fruit and veggies section surprisingly they didn’t have Apples And Oranges I didn’t look much as was trying to find apples and Oranges At then at the end I had to compromise with green apples #green limes are $50 per KGs #Limited stock on breads #body wash bottles were kept opened or little bit leaked I will give them 3stars not less as my response is quite not good or not too bad so it’s okay to be fair is may be they will improve these things based on demand
