   Stopped here on 25/8 for the first time to buy a few groceries. Cracked open a yogurt I purchased only to discover a thick skin on top. Best before date of 14/7. Won't be making that mistake again.

   I really like the name Countdown Roselands and I have not visited this part of Auckland for some years. Pleasant environment, room to move trolleys through, friendly service. Parking space good which was on a Monday, around lunch time

   You can get most things here but not Brutt deodorant. In fact I could not find a single can of Brutt deodorant in any of the three stores I went looking. Brutt out sales most other deodorant brands as it's always out of stock, maybe more regular orders will help, maybe bigger orders will help, maybe more frequent orders seeing as it's such a top seller? Who knows

   Normally good but last Sunday 9 May 2021 bought 2 packs of grapes and when opened both had rot and mould! Not sure how long these were out for? I brought them back and received the refund but teller did ask at the time if I wanted another? I looked at her and asked another pack of rotten mouldy grapes? Then she quickly said she would advise taking them off the shelf. Just because it’s South Auckland doesn’t mean that food quality is compromised come on Countdown - DO BETTER!!

   The location of the Countdown super market is good, as it located on main road. The parking is plenty and they have all you need for groceries. All the sections are clearly marked and can be easily found. Plenty of options to choose for each products. Fast and quick service at the exit counter so not much of waiting time except during pick hours.
