“The place where I live is called Lynfield. In Lynfield, this Woolworth shop is definitely my go-to grocery store. Whenever I need to buy fresh produce or other stuff for cooking and also snacks, I always head to this supermarket. It's big, tidy and clean. Shopping in here is always a comfort. I love this shop. Today I bought Kumara, it was on sale. They were all in good quality.”

“Standard Countdown store. A little more expensive than Pak n Sav but conveniently located and plenty of parking. The APP is great, type into the List what you want and select the store you're in and it'll tell you which aisle your products are in.”

“Unbeatable supermarket, its location is the best - close to Auckland Airport and next to iBis hotel. This openly late night place offers you a wide range of both local and imported products., as well as fresh fruits, vegetables, and natural items. I, myself, bought a bunch of chocolate and some snacks as souvenirs home. Payment is through cash or credit card, self-service or by cashier assistance. A lot of parking space in front. Have fun shopping at Countdown!”

“Woolworths (formerly known as Countdown) is always clean and tidy with good specials. They have a huge selection of different products. Spacious enough and you can check out your own groceries. They also offer cashier assisted shopping. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They definitely need to get new signage lol so everyone knows what to call them.”

“Great place to shop, had everything except Ausie cheese slices. Somebody needs to watch vehicles that don't have disabillity cards, parked in disabillity car parks. There were many empty ordinary parks they could have used. Young man on checkout was amazingly fast & loaded my bag, top marks. AA+Have been back many times since, yesterday all disabillity parks were full, with only 2 cars wid cards. Had to park further dwn, then shopped arnd 45mins. & then found i had left my key's in my car door. Mangere people THANK u SO MUCH for leaving my car alone. I wld have been knackered without it. No more stupid on my part!”

“They used to open 24 hours but now they close at 10p. Have a shared parking areas with McDonald's and the EV charger with plenty of parking spaces. The interior is modern and keeps up with the other Woolworth shops. Staff members are friendly, helpful and attentive,although sometimes it seems that there are hardly any staff in the shop.”

“Only Countdown store in Meadowbank, which is big, has plenty of options in every section for good price. Open seven days a week. They also have great collection of wine in the beverage section if your looking for any type of Alocohol. Definitely a good place for grocery shopping.”

While other staff at Kmart Sylvia were unwilling to help or put in any effort, Samantha took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my situation. Even though I didn’t have my receipt, she patiently searched for it and made sure I was looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way made such a big difference. “I went to the store this afternoon to grab a drawer liner, but to my surprise, I found a big mirror I’d been searching for everywhere, it was finally in stock! I knew I had to get it before it was gone again. The floor staff, Lei and her two colleagues, were amazing. They helped me bring the mirror to the checkout and even assisted me in loading it into my car. I’m really grateful for their help. “Pretty huge iconic store in Manukau mall. It is an unsaid rule in our to visit this store if we are in Manukau mall. Ample variety of almost everything available. I or rather my better half particularly like the range of cosmetics. The kids section has a lot of variety. Some furniture and kitchen appliances also available but not a huge selection. The staff is helpful and courteous. Parking is not a problem since it is in the mall.”

“Pretty big store with plenty of variety of household items. Briscoes have always some kind of sale going on. So we always wait for sale on the item I need. Towels, toaster and other kitchen items, travel bags and accessories etc all available. The quality of goods is excellent. I hardly have to return any faulty items. Ambiance is good and it’s always welcoming to come over for shopping. The staff are friendly and courteous. Help out when you need something. Plenty of parking available around the store.”

“New World Botany is our favourite supermarket in Botany. My husband and I always do our grocery shopping there because New World Botany is very clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Karen who always helps customers pack their grocery nice and tidy in our recycled bags. She always greets customers and has a friendly chat with them too. There are lots of parking space at Botany Town Centre near Flight Centre. Lots of mobility parking lots are available for those who have mobility permit. We highly recommend you to go there and do your grocery shopping if you live in Botany or East Auckland.”
