   Great place to shop, had everything except Ausie cheese slices. Somebody needs to watch vehicles that don't have disabillity cards, parked in disabillity car parks. There were many empty ordinary parks they could have used. Young man on checkout was amazingly fast & loaded my bag, top marks. AA+Have been back many times since, yesterday all disabillity parks were full, with only 2 cars wid cards. Had to park further dwn, then shopped arnd 45mins. & then found i had left my key's in my car door. Mangere people THANK u SO MUCH for leaving my car alone. I wld have been knackered without it. No more stupid on my part!

   I think this is the best in South Auckland they have alot of variety of canned goods, cheap meats, love the countdown brand products and only critique is wishing they still had a fresh butchery and more baked goods that weren't so crusty and dry. The teams great with click and collect which I use religiously as a busy mama and special needs parent. Parking is amazing for disability and the lot in general is spacious however trolleys run out fast need more of it to cater to demand of customers that arrive there.

   This was This was my first experience at Woolworths in Māngere East, and unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. I simply asked about a trolley because I couldn’t see any nearby, but the team member responded rudely, saying, “I don’t know, find it yourself.” I initially planned to do a big shop, but after that response, I decided not to and went to Pak’nSave instead. Inside the store was also very unpleasant — it was untidy, and I even saw meat packets placed in the sanitary pads section. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This was the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience at a supermarket. I will never shop at Woolworths again.

   I really dislike coming to this countdown, it’s the closest to home but wouldn’t rather drive to Manukau just to avoid the homeless people sat out front. There are literally signs saying begging is prohibited yet no one enforces this. I also hate being stopped by the charities that set up camp outside. They hassle you as you enter and exit, and wish countdown would do a bit more for its customers by limiting the above.

   Just saying the lady working near the self-checkouts tonight shouldn´t judge people so quick, especially if the person is wearing school uniform and assuming they´re too dumb to even work the self-check out machine. Also to have the audacity to interrupt with no reason while the customer is still scanning their items. A bit too much there.

   Can't believe selling stale cheese bread they removed actual expiry date & changed to tomorrow bought 1 bag .eating 1 bread tasted stale yucky stop selling expired bread $4.50 expensive . Took some pics stop people buying it health and safety risk

   This is not a large Supermarket, however, it has the essentials of what one would need and the staff are friendly and helpful. They don't have much of an International selection but then I don't think at this stage there is much demand for it. As for parking, for the most part parking isn't too much of a problem. During peak trading hours when I have been there I have had no troubles finding parking. All in all it's a good place to shop for groceries.
