   I just left, everybody at the store is lovely the security how ever, please try speak english the way you were standing around me like I was a thief I’ve been going here for 4years since arriving from Australia. Don’t speak to the workers about me and point then come to me and say scan scan when I was scanning my shopping. How rude

   We are regular customer at st lukes woolwarths since 12 years ,today arround 10 :45am I bought the stuff and did check out for the item what I bought,I forget to buy one item so went back with the stuff what I bought it at the same time ,when I went back with Mr Vikas who was on duty as a security guy stopped me saying that you are not supposed to be back with the bag what you just bought, I told him why not I just paid for the item ,you can check it ,he said no you have to go back and put the stuff somewhere and comeback,he alsonsaid we can't check if the items are paid or no ,he wont know if I am going to steal and out something inside the bag ,I told him what told I have paid for item and coming back to grab something which I am going to pay , I was alone by myself so I told him please hold my bag I will get what I want it you can look after my bag,I got very offended and upsetMr.vikas without any proff starred blaming me that I might steal something. I did mentioned to the lady at the counter while i was paying for the item, also how can he stopped me and blame me without any proff. There is no board or nortice saying rhat you cant come back with the item you bought it before few minutes. we buy bulk items from wolwarth for our restaurant we never had such kind of offending bad experience. Mr Vikas should know how to treat his customers.I was well dressed and paid for the items .

   I am surprised that the delicatessen here cannot toast the sandwiches. However Woolworths Newmarket can toast sandwiches. Can you guys provide consistent service throughout the branches?

   Phoned st lukes store before visiting, for rug doctor hire and staff confirmed that yhey can do that.But staff (Hugh)refused to assist after 8:00 pm. When store closes at 9:30 pm on friday.

   Countdown advertise many cheap lines, such as sliced bread for $1.60. But 90% of the time there is none on the shelf and you're obliged to buy a much more expensive item. This is more general with a lot of the cheapest items they sell - none on the shelf, have to buy the expensive line. ***This is so common at Countown it has to be regarded as CALCULATED. My advice? Shop at Paknsave. It doesn't scam people in this way with false & misleading advertisng - all the cheap products are available on the shelf as advertised.

   Standard Countdown store. A little more expensive than Pak n Sav but conveniently located and plenty of parking. The APP is great, type into the List what you want and select the store you're in and it'll tell you which aisle your products are in.

   Was just about to recommend their deli filled rolls (ham and salad baguette) until I discovered a bit of mould on the tomato slice top. Good thing I have a good attention to detail.. I realise these r in demand n most likely made in bulk but please pay more attention and take more care in production selection etc
