   "I have never felt so horribly treated in customer service. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine, and I was with my sister. Rama asked very rudely for my ID. I was very surprised because I don’t look young at all. I understood that she needed my ID to confirm my age, so I went to my car to get it. She had a very bad attitude the entire time and was making me wait because she was dealing with other issues. When I showed her my ID, she rudely told me to WAIT. At this point, I got annoyed with her and told her I didn’t have much time to wait. Then she said she needed my sister's ID. I was like, what? Why?! Because she looked young? Normally, I never complain, but this abusive behavior is unacceptable. The person next to me was my sister, who is 26. This is our local supermarket and we spend a lot of money here, the way I was treated today was disgusting!

   Products are grouped/displayed in completely different places than most/maybe all other supermarkets I have been to (all WW's, not just this one). Had to use the app product locator to find seaweed snack packs, and I had walked past it twice beforehand. Product locator is cool but dedinitely has a lot of room for improvements.

   Hard to get to for someone who's not been there before, so stay alert for the turn off. Place itself was lovely and clean and tidy...new plastic trolleys that were so smooth to push. No rattling or bouncing. More trolleys like that needed at other stores! Friendly staff.

   Any countdown or new world automatically rate as a 1 by me just because they are both so damned expensive. However the staff were very helpful and ultra pleasant, which made it a happy experience as I only purchased 1 item! Plenty of aisle room and well laid out.
