I forgot to bring home a dishwash brush I purchased from Briscoes. As it was only a brush, I thought no more about it. Then I get a call from Briscoes asking if I'd left a brush behind, I said yes and they couriered it to me. That's service!
Click and collect - poor communication/poor store stuff attidude. Ordered 27May, showing all stock on-site, hoping to pick them up over the King's birthday weekend. No confirmation came. After the weekend, emailed and the confirmation imediately came the same day (why couldn't they do this before the weekend??). When I turned up at the store, the staff handed me two parcels with a wrong invoice. I said that is not my order and she just tore out the invoice saying "oh, that's not yours." I pointed out that I ordered three, and the reply is "oh, one is not ready, you have to come back." The email I received confirmed all items but not according to this store staff. I decided to return the orders because I didn't want to make another trip to this branch. They refunded me for those two items, but I needed to email the online staff to get a refund for the last item. I will not use this service again. Other shops have much better click and collect service and in-store staff.
Honestly love Briscoes so so much. Little pricey but you can truly tell the quality is much better than other stores e.g Kmart ,warehouse etc. One of my go to stores when buying pressies as there's always something there to suit everyone. Loooove Briscoes
Great range of goods. Most at a fair affordable prices. I bought a waffle maker here a couple of days ago which had been reduced to an excellent price. One of the checks operators kindly showed me where they were located, as being short of time, I was in and out of there within minutes.
one of the worst Briscoes i have been to. Nico need some serious customer service training. Not only he lacks most basic skills of customer service but also doesnt have basic skills of communicating with customers. I would give 0 if possible.
A good variety of household goods but one has to buy when there is a sale or discount like 40% off.
A good place to buy your household stuff. Big store so plenty of options to choose from. Some stuff could be expensive but might long lasting. They do give customer service and can order stuff online as well.
