“This place is amazing. Beautiful cuts of meat. They will easily personalise your order. We bought 2 lovely rolled lamb roast and they cut them both in half and vac sealed all four for us. They have many aircraft models, cars, lego, and table top games you won't find anywhere else. There is also an excellent selection of miniature paints and othe equipment. Their chess sets are Italian and high quality. Every second Saturday, Warhammer enthusiasts are welcome to play in the back room for free. Alternate Saturdays, you can build and paint your models with other like-minded people. The owners are so friendly and lovely. Highly recommend!”

You can customise you own toast with whatever you fancy. Granola bowl and Smoothies are delicious. Coffee is good, but bit bitter for my taste. Service very polite and friendly”

“Sad to hear they had to move from their last place due to lease not renewed. Property sold to a petrol company..100 years of this wonderful business and kicked out to another site. Council should be kicked for not supporting this local business. Ice cream is top quality and unique taste. The gardens and setting was something my family and others have come for this wonderful delight. Not the same in shipping containers. Hope sanity prevails and a better site is permanent and lasting. Bring back the ponds and gardens and decor and icecream sundaes with malt and double chocolate and nuts..”

If you are a regular too you can get discounts if you join their club :D totally worth it if you visit often. Make sure to explore the place thoroughly, there are so many hidden things it's easy to miss some great finds.”

“Tucked away down a side street, this place is a hidden gem - we were lucky to spot it. Fab array of gourmet retail goodies, and delicious deli treats. Ordered a (delicious) hot chocolate and cappuccino - and the custard donut was to die for! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.”

I was frozen in fear in my room, when a mysterious man swooped in and plucked me from the flames. Fifteen years later, I moved to Havelock North. After going into Unichem Havelock North Pharmacy to collect a prescription, I noticed a man behind the counter. It was him, the man who saved me from the fire. Here he is today, still saving lives with his dispensary. They have a good selection of shampoos and conditioners too.”
