“Just want to pass my thanks onto the guy who today helped me find an inexpensive solution to use my laptop for a monitor on my musicians Video Camera. We had a few technical challenges, but got it sorted using an HDMI Video Capture Dongle and a simple USB C to A plug. Everything works as it should and the connections are simple and tidy...I'm so pleased! Your staff member was very knowledgeable and patient...a credit to Jaycar New Lynn. “Came in to get a bargain deal on some pots. Opening time was 0800 which was better than the surrounding shops that opened at 0900. Ample parking out and surrounding even though it was Boxing Day sales. There was plenty of staff to ask for help finding things and working the counter so the queues didn’t back up. Prices were better on some items than other retail outlets around it. No issues with mobility and navigating the store the isles were not cluttered so good for wheelchair or mobility access.”

“I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.”

“Pretty big store with plenty of variety of household items. Briscoes have always some kind of sale going on. So we always wait for sale on the item I need. Towels, toaster and other kitchen items, travel bags and accessories etc all available. The quality of goods is excellent. I hardly have to return any faulty items. Ambiance is good and it’s always welcoming to come over for shopping. The staff are friendly and courteous. Help out when you need something. Plenty of parking available around the store.”
