   Car park is rubbish. Had to park over the road and was lucky to get that. Had to carry my table to the car. They need alot more car parks.

   We took back a faulty product to exchange and Jess the Manager was awesome. Kept in contact the whole time and let us know when the stock had arrives in Silverdale for pick up. Amazing customer service

   Grabbed heaps of storage containers but couldn't find the lids, so I approached a young female employee. She couldn't find it either, so she escalated it to the male counter supervisor, who then gave her another task but decided to do something else instead of helping me. Fyi, there were no customers at check out. I was standing there for quite some time until the female employee got off the phone and asked him to help me, AGAIN. That's when he went to look for the lids. Another female employee (probably manager) approached me to check if I was okay, told her what had happened and she was able to go help find the lids. Male employee came back with the lids, no sorry or nothing. Apart from the bad experience with the male employee, I was really happy with the young female employee who went out of her way to help me, she should get promoted.

   Really clean showroom from front of the entry view and tidy, very good lighting. Counter is clean and staff was helpful and easy to talk too. Called their 0800 number was very good and pointed that their stock lvl was low at Silverdale, i was told to give them a call so i did and they found it in a low span of time. Got what i need on promo too, it was worth the travel. i cant recall the staff that help me but i do know what i bought on that day so you can track down the staff that helped me if required.

   Don’t ever order online with pick-up from Silverdale store. When ordered it said ‘pick-up today’, however I had to wait the whole week for them to get my order ready. Then there was only one person at the checkout and she couldn’t ask for help. So after I waited for 10 minutes she offered me to queue another 15 minutes just to pick up one item that I have already paid for. Nit the first time it happened in this store. Terrible customer service.
