   I’m not happy that this Henderson pb tech was unreliable when I wanted to click And collect something, as the websites user interface was misleading as I wanted to just go and pick up some AirPods from that store. In which they did not tell me it was gonna be a 5 day wait because it was not in stock and was being delivered from a different store. It’s a tech store don’t know why they didn’t tell me it was getting delivered and there was gonna be a wait, cos then I would have just gone to a different store or gotten it delivered. Thank you!

   Was assisted by Zen to buy a mouse I needed. He helped me with specs and even showed me the physical products so I could try and see to choose. There were other things he helped with above and beyond, I'm greatful for his efforts and recommend this store.

   Would NOT recommend going to this store if you have a problem. After waiting twenty minutes for Shaun to finish his break (he was the only one who could help apparently) he was rude, argumentative, and in his exact words “too lazy to do my job”. I had a faulty Fitbit watch, with a well known fault, and he did NOT want to help me in the slightest possible way. I had my original receipt, and said I was a regular customer - he didn’t believe me and looked up my past transactions to see if it was true - the audacity! He then argued with me about how it wasn’t his stores problem and that head office throw them to the wolves with NO support or money back over things like this. This guy is an absolute joke PB tech, he is wayyyy past customer service and needs to be given a janitors job somewhere. Seriously. Even after I explained I was happy to have an exchange (he angrily assumed I wanted a refund) he STILL kept arguing with me over his obligations. On a brighter note, after I left the store, I contacted head office. The guy I spoke to, Ethan, was super lovely and incredibly helpful, and has restored my faith in PB tech just a bit more. THIS guy should be on the front line, not some nasty, angry person with a boss complex.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Front Desk Service at PB Tech! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception after the incredible service I received at the front desk of PB Tech. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after — answering my questions with patience, offering expert advice, and making sure I was pointed in the right direction straight away. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about helping people and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and effortless. Massive thank you to the team especially Brad — for setting such a high standard. PB Tech is lucky to have someone like this representing the company!

   Was planning on building my own gaming machine from parts everywhere. But this place always offers the best combos. Got their ready combo. Painless. Some staff can be robotic bordering on dismissive, but does the job efficiently. Bought heaps from Pbtech already.

   Went into pickup a vaccum cleaner. Small store with no displays. Only go there if you know what you are buying. The service was quick and effective. They do offer Laybuy option for an additional fee.

   got my laptop fixed here. was told it could take 3-5 weeks but they got it back to me within a week and a half! was served by Kyeron who was lovely and on to it, seemed very knowledgeable about the product and how to fix it. was also served by Sean who was so sweet and nice to me. very trustworthy place 5/5

   It's not a shop where you can look around. Rather, you buy it online and then go pick it up. Alternatively, you can just go and ask for whatever you are after providing it is in stock, and they will go and grab it for you from their stock. Yes, it is simple, easy, and fast service. If you want to demo anything, you may have to go to a different store as you won't find any display items. It's more like a parts warehouse where you walk in the door and there is just a big service desk to walk up too. It all good if you know what you are after.
