   I use click and collect as I have a back injury and I cannot stand or walk very far. I went to manukau branch at around 1pm and it wasn’t busy at all, yet it took the counter staff 3 intercom pages for someone to look for my item, which then took two people to find. Why was I waiting nearly half an hour for click and collect? A service we pay for? The store was basically empty so there is no excuse for the lack of response to the intercom pages. There was no apology as well, just “we had trouble finding it” yeah I gathered that as it took far too long and too many people to find the giant coffee machine. Do better.

   Went into your Manukau shop today I experienced some low standard customer service today from two guys in your store.. one guy sent me on a wild goose chase like he couldn't be bothered to help me look for what I was looking for young maori/island guy with love bites on his neck yeah not a good look the other guy white guy with curly type hair had a bit of an attitude put me off shopping in this store again Teach your staff better customer service

   I have never been in there much for some years but I believe it was quite an amazing joint to go with my uncle and aunt for some new bed linen and duvet and accessories which am amazed and they provide the best top quality homewear and household appliances which we get quite an amazing deal as my uncle and aunt knew that they could get some good bed linen at Briscoes as I knew that when my uncle and aunt came up from Tauranga and I informed them that I was due for some new bed linen and duvet and accessories, and they reckoned Briscoes was the best place to go and I knew there was a Briscoes in the Manukau Supa Centa and because my uncle doesn't know the area here in South Auckland and he doesn't have a GPS he has to rely on me to guide him and tell him where to go, because this is the only Briscoes Store in Manukau Central where I live locally and I remember when Briscoes here in Manukau Central used to be on Ronwood Avenue, but overall I'm very delighted with the new bed linen and duvet and accessories that my aunt bought for me while my uncle went into Rebel Sports and we are very proud of them for their wonderful service and great top quality homewear kitchen and bedroom wear and even camping equipment and Summer BBQ wear and very amazing deals and when they have a sale on.

   Great deal today. Been looking to buy new dinnerware for a while, but honestly everything either has patterns I don't like or is white. But today and until Sunday 25th there's 30% & 40% off many items - loose dinnerware, coffee mugs. Pictured is Lotus dinnerware in purple (it's actually grey with a slight purple tinge) with my Kmart containers.
