   "Kitchen plus"did a good job in installing a new Kitchen in my friends house. I had problem with kitchen bi fold door in my house and requested Kitchen plus to have a look. Though it was a small job kitchen plus did not mind sending a technician and completed the job. Technician is highly skilled and he finished the job in One hour.    Be careful, they don't keep them selfs to their quote they give you, this after paying the deposit. Very poor!!! This gone wrong right from the beginning, a wardrobe upgrade price gone from ( quoted by email) $750,- to $880,- I thought cheeky, but we paid the deposit. To get an email saying sorry for the inconvenience BUT we can't do it for this price, you'll have to pay $1188 or we cancelling our agreement... Can provide evidence. John

   From start to finish we cannot fault the service and product we received from Kitchen Plus NZ. Due to Covid restrictions we had to wait over 5 months for our kitchen to be delivered and installed. Their team came on a Saturday to do cabinets and a Sunday to do the benchtops. Incredible workmanship, fantastic quality and incredible service. The pictures speak for themselves. We are absolutely blown away and have no problems recommending them. Thanks so much!

   Bought a replacement kitchen for a rental unit after finding them on trade me. The selection was great and the service excellent. The hole for the cook top was missed in the bench on delivery but the team sorted it out on the spot. Very happy with the result.

   Cannot recommend due to very poor service. Ordered kitchen cabinets twice from them and while the quality of the product was good, the stress factor was not worth it. Their completion date kept getting pushed out and pushed out, which I only found out about by ringing them and chasing them up. I found the manager to be very rude - there was no apology for the delay, no discount even though the disruption to the series of tradespeople I had lined up was costly - having to get people back twice. Stay away if you want to avoid a headache and are trying to keep to any kind of schedule

   We have purchased separate cupboards previously from Kitchen Plus and were very happy with quality. We therefore used them for a second kitchen downstairs where they drove to Waipu and measured. They installed a new kitchen within 3 weeks and we were extremely happy with the result. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting good service and a good product.
