Had iPhone 11 quote for repair requested for a complete repair to a working manner Was quoted $100 screen repair, Got phone back and stolen mode device setting was set off locking me out of my devices sensitive information data base, and face ID was not working. This is a result of a NON APPLE REPLACEMENT which completely ruins my devices functional use. To get the stolen mode to disable One must place phone into a lost mode and then remove lost mode off the phone. This cannot be done without FACE ID. THUS LEAVING ME WITH NO IPHONE AND NO SOLUTIONS. when I returned to the shop seeking a solution I was told I must pay for a higher price to get my face ID functioning again. This is a headache. When I asked for screen repair quote I asked them clearly to quote me a working manner of phone. This isn't it. They have no care of service and did a awful job that now makes my phone a paperweight encrypted with memories I don't know if I'll ever have any ability to see again. Thanks mobi Albany for being the worst phone repair service I've ever had. Shame on you for your cut corner business.
