We had several phone calls with there technical person Shane, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. By arrangement we called in and were shown a unit they had unpacked for us to look at. After a few more questions which they answered, we placed our order. They could not have been more helpful. I haven’t received such amazing service for years. All the people I spoke to were unbelievably helpful. I ordered the incorrect part for my insinkerator . When I rang and explained the part didn’t fit they worked out I had ordered the wrong part and explained what the part was I needed and were happy to send the correct part at no extra charge. The most easy and stress free exchange I’ve ever had. I love them and I’ve never met them.
My Evo Insinkerator kept tripping its overload. I took it into Parex Industries and Marcus showed me how he removed small bone fragments which had jammed the rotor. He had it fixed in minutes. Superb service, friendly, helpful, just what was needed. Now I know how to fix it if the same thing happens again.These guys really support what they sell!
Last week our InSinkErator started leaking and we spoke with Brenda at Parex Industries. She was very helpful and gave us the contact details for Wayne Langley at Sink Appliances. Wayne was able to stop by the same afternoon and fit a new unit for us. We were very pleased with the prompt service and advice..

Sorry I have not had great service like most others have, I dealt with Tom, basically unit was replaced because it was clogged, we were told it it was corroded and blunt, not worth repair, it was only 2 1/2 years old. Both Parex and Jeffries plumbing refused to do anything about it when challenged.
Appalling service, a complete rip off had someone called Ryan and he end up charging for over two hours to fix the insinkerator. He definitely didn't even take two even considering the time he took to get her. From the time phoned to the time he left was no way 2.25 hours. In total the amount cost just to supposedly unblock an insinkerator that had a small piece of metal in it was $320. When phoned up to ask about the cost they just said it was driving time to location which is absolute nonsense as again the time passed from the call to the time they left was no where near that amount of time. This place is a shame in my eyes, they just want to grab as much money from you as possible. You have been warned here first. In Mount Eden, not a far away location or anything.
