   Would not recommend coming here. The place has a really bad atmosphere due to the woman behind the counter who is not at all friendly and quite frosty. Secondly, they discount the stock but mark up the delivery , so you end up paying the same as if you went into the Miele experience centre in Freemans Bay, where you are treated completely differently. I was made a cup of tea, the staff are friendly and polite . Naturally I ended up buying my new washing machine from there .

   Never go in here again-called in with cash to buy a Miele dishwasher today and the woman gave me the short shift. I gave her our current dishwasher model so she could advise me what the Miele alternative would be but she said I don't work for Bosch. I walked out and bought the Miele model elsewhere. Horrible service

   I ordered the power control unit for my condenser dryer last week. It only takes three working days to get my part. The machine works brilliantly again after the part replacement. The only drawback is the part is still quite expensive and there is 3% surcharge if you pay by credit card.

   Very friendly staff but terrible communication and service. I have been trying to purchase a replacement vacuum tube for 2 months, I finally managed to get someone to take my money, you wouldn't think it was that hard, and have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be couriered 10km. I should have taken a day off work and picked it up.

   Super helpful staff and good discounts off Miele products. Take your time to look at the mixture of discontinued lines, returns and ex-demo stock. We've brought a few things here from washing machines to dish washers at great prices and they have all worked well.
