“I had an annoying scraping noise behind a brake rotor thanks to a stone that had taken up residence there. I did a drive-by and they happened to have a spare hoist at the time. It took a bit of effort to find and remove the little bugger, car up on the hoist and wheel and rotor removed - probably close to a half hour's labour - then they sent me off without charging me !! How's that for good service?”

“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance.
