   I made a click and collect order with goods to be collected from Albany store. When I unpacked it there was 1 item missing. I popped back to albany wondering if another parcel was there. The manager Sam was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure I got the missing item from another store. At the busiest time of the year. I want to say a huge thank you for outstanding service with a smile and sorting the problem for me. Really appreciate it. Merry Christmas to Albany briscoes team.

   17th dec around 1pm today upon paying for my items, the cashier ( a young woman ) who I never caught name, had asked us to lift our blanket up from my 6month old child in the trolley implying of stealing. At the time I never said anything because it went over my head. A baby and trying to pay for items itself is stressful. However now 7.30 it is still playing in my head that this was an uncalled for suggestion. I believe my age, skin colour and the fact I only brought a few items played a part in her request. Understanding that times are hard for people financially and stealing is at an all time high but this was actually stereotyped, rude and disrespectful. You could see into the trolley, I had nothing. The blanket was thin and flat. I was wearing shorts and tshirt with no pockets as was my baby. I guess in other words be prepared to be judged. I was a regular customer at this store however now, will opt for other stores.

   Really great service from Gina yesterday (I think that was her name). The staff were super super busy since it’s Christmas! And she helped me bring my click and collect order to my car and helped me fit it all in. I really really appreciated it!

   Really unpleasant experience over a warranty claim. It started well with the checkout staff. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to locate a missing receipt. I had two items on separate receipts. I have one receipt and not the other. Appreciated her help and decided we will just claim the one which I had a receipt for. Her supervisor then came over to handle the claim and she insisted that there is no warranty on the non stick coating on the product. However, when I went back to look at product description on website, there was a warranty on it. Even the product packaging had a 3 year warranty stamped on it. I didn’t want to pursue further because staff had a dismissive attitude. I left the shop feeling humiliated and disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

   Came in to get a bargain deal on some pots. Opening time was 0800 which was better than the surrounding shops that opened at 0900. Ample parking out and surrounding even though it was Boxing Day sales. There was plenty of staff to ask for help finding things and working the counter so the queues didn’t back up. Prices were better on some items than other retail outlets around it. No issues with mobility and navigating the store the isles were not cluttered so good for wheelchair or mobility access.

   Clean and very well organised store. However, the young staff that was working today had the worst customer service. She was smiling and talking to her colleagues, and as soon as we walked up to her smile disappeared. As we were paying, she expressed annoyed facials, and didn’t offer to put the phone number in the data. We left the store feeling badly serviced and our $200 worth of plates were unwrapped/ unprotected.

   The largest Briscoe store i have been too. ♿ wheelchair accessible and lots of car parking. All your household wares under one roof. I was looking for a blender and there was a lot to choose from. Always good specials at Briscoe. Payments they accept there are afterpay humm and laybuy.

   Pretty standard retail store for household stuff. Everything from kitchen items, vessels, bedding material, travel bags, and much more. Felt bit expensive but have all the house stuff you need in one place.
