   Its my fault. I keep on saying I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THIS STORE AGAIN and I do. Why are there such unhelpful people working in your store - I know because I bumped into a lady who was in a hurry and didnt give a stuff (except people in the front). SO I went and bought a beautiful DINNER SERVICE at FARMERS. Stuff Briscoes they dont read this or care anyway

   One of the worst shopping experiences ever. Staff were lazy, unhelpful, and extremely rude when mistakes happened—never once apologized. I had to make two trips just to buy a pot, and both times I was given a defective item with the coating peeling off. When I complained, the staff snapped at me: “Do you want me to check or not? I’ll try my best, can’t guarantee you can get it today.” Only after escalating to the manager did I finally receive the right product. Completely unacceptable service—I will never shop here again.

   People purchase 100s of dollars of products and they still charge for a bag. I understand there should be a way to recover extra costs but the bag costs 20-30 cents but they are charging more than a dollar which says they are cheap and greedy, trying to make extra money even on the bags.

   Best cutomer service, thanks heaps to male checkout operator. I had click & collect to pickup. Four large ottomans, they were boxed, I asked if I could leave boxes at store & just take ottoman in plastic cover due to car space tight and YES. Staff member unboxed all 4 at front of store for me and they fitted perfect, thanks so very much, one of my favourite stores to shop at, ALWAYS, keep up the good work

   My first time at this place. Today I went to pick up my click and collect order, and the lady at the entrance door was very friendly and she helped me with my order and collect it very quick. She even reminded the girl at the front counter to get the boys help her with the washing machine because she was gonna do it herself which it was too heavy for her. But the only problem was, the girl at the counter didn't ask for my I.d which it said on the email bring my I.d for confirmation if I was the right person who owns the item.
