   Pestrol NZ has been fantastic! Their Pestrol Terminator Trap works really well and catches heaps of mosquitoes, I didn’t realize how effective it was until I had to empty the basket which was full, it’s made a huge difference. On top of that, their customer service is excellent. They were very responsive and helpful when I needed support. Highly recommend both the product and the team! Thanks so much.

   Happy to recommend this company, the mosquito trap actually does work. I had a warranty claim on 2 units which had a manufacturing batch fault. Both units fixed and returned.

   Purchased two of the Pestrol refillable wall dispenser units and approximately 14 and 16 months in both of them have the same issue. Won’t push down hard enough on the spray nozzle. Damn annoying. I really like the spray itself as it works, is non toxic, natural ingredients but I can’t stand when things are designed to fail. Spoke with customer service and they said it’s a common issue and to just buy a new one. Am looking into alternatives now because it just seems wasteful. Had another brand unit that lasted 12 years so they can be made to last (won’t mention the brand name because then it just seems like I’m dogging Pestrol to promote another brand).

   I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.

   Absolutely horrible business. The product had no effect even when used as directed and the managing director was the most horrible person I have dealt with in my life. Still get angry thinking about it after YEARS. No wonder so many reviews here mention similar kind of experiences.

   ***UPDATE: I have had multiple threatening voicemails left by the 'managing director' John demanding that I remove this review or he will ''go down another path''. This comes 6 weeks after my initial email and 4 weeks since I posted this review highlighting a serious health and safety risk. What's even more bizarre is that John also demands that I post positive reviews for the other two products (that were covered in poison). Delusions of grandeur much? If you seriously think that I would ever remove this review, be a returning customer or recommend your business to others you obviously do need to go down the other path of getting professional help*** Bottle of Ant poison was shoved into a box (unprotected) with another item and burst. Had I not felt the strange texture and got distracted when first opening the box I dread to think what the consequences could’ve been for a young child or pet. Everything was coated! No reply to feedback = no accountability for a clear cut health and safety risk. Potential customers beware!

The customer service has been great, any questions we have etc, always a great response. They are also proactive too if there may be an order issue.
