“I had an amazing Moda kitchen installed over 10 years ago.. Recently the pantry door became difficult to open so i contacted Moda and am thrilled to say their response was immediate. The communication has been excellent and best of all a very effecient installer arrived at the promised time and replaced a couple of hinges. Sometimes the afterservice doesn't live up to expectations but I can not fault Moda in any way and recommend them to anyone wanting not only a lovely kitchen but peace of mind as well.”

The store is spacious, well laid out, and usually well-stocked. Aisles are wide, which helps with the flow of foot traffic even during peak hours. It’s still a very practical setup — shelves packed high, lots of bulk products, and nothing fancy in terms of presentation — but everything’s easy to find. Prices are, as always with Pak’nSave, the main draw. You can save quite a bit here, especially on pantry staples, meat, and cleaning products. The produce section is usually decent, with a good range of fruit and veg, though the freshness can still vary day to day. The meat section offers plenty of variety at a decent price point, and the bakery’s got all the basics — bread, rolls, and the usual treats. Staff are generally helpful if you approach them, though it’s still a self-service kind of environment. Don’t expect heaps of interaction, but they’ll assist you if you ask. The checkout area is usually well-staffed, and self-service options are available for smaller shops. Queues move fairly quickly even when it’s busy. Parking is pretty good at Westgate. There’s plenty of space, and it’s easy to get in and out of the carpark compared to other branches. Being part of a large shopping complex also means you can tick off other errands while you’re in the area. Just like other Pak’nSaves, you might find some differences between what’s online and what’s actually in store, so it’s best to shop with a bit of flexibility. Overall, Pak’nSave Westgate is a strong performer. It’s clean, spacious, and reliable for those who want to get a big shop done without overspending. It’s still a no-frills setup, but it feels a little more polished than the older branches, which makes for a smoother experience all round.”

I don’t need to buy much but decided to order through you for some Christmas shopping. I had a delightful experience. I opted to collect my items and didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute!!! “I'm not normally one to right reviews but these guys deserve it. After driving over half of Auckland looking to buy a fridge, these guys, in particular Andrew, were absolutely amazing. I was not dressed up and had been ignored by all the retailers and sales people at other businesses I had visited prior to Magness Benrow but these guys gave me amazing customer service and I was not judged by my appearance. Andrew was very knowledgeable, I told him what I was needing and asked for his opinion and he suggested many points across the fridges I was looking at that I hadn't even thought of. Andrew made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I purchased the Fridge on Saturday and it was delivered to my house Tuesday. No delays, very efficient. The delivery guys were great! They were very careful and even moved my old fridge into the garage for me. A+++++ will be coming here for any new appliances in the future.”

Any other assistance could have said- no, we don't have that, but Mina (beautiful Persian woman) went the extra mile to find out what I actually wanted, and sourced the product from another counter. “Reduced to clear were amazing. Like a lot of people I'd been searching for the BEGA brand cheese slices, in particular Super thin slices. 65% less fat. I've been making sausage in Filo with cheese slice on the top for over 20 years, my kids loved them. Now my Grandchildren do too. Supermarkets arn't importing them anymore from Australia. This lovely Lady, The Manager. Was wonderful, it's a first in policy, I got the carton with 32 packets. She has kindly received another 6 cartons. Go buy as many as you need”
