   Just want to pass my thanks onto the guy who today helped me find an inexpensive solution to use my laptop for a monitor on my musicians Video Camera. We had a few technical challenges, but got it sorted using an HDMI Video Capture Dongle and a simple USB C to A plug. Everything works as it should and the connections are simple and tidy...I'm so pleased! Your staff member was very knowledgeable and patient...a credit to Jaycar New Lynn. Didnt get his name, but the docket says Operator N80933 approved by ASM....hopefully this will help you identify him to pass on my appreciation.

   Poor customer handling! I rung the store today before leaving my home to check if stock for specific battery is available at store. Rather than asking for more details the storeperson who was a guy all of a sudden asked me to come at their shop to price match. While I got at the shop, the salesperson who was a lady said that it is not in stock and said I did not specify the brand?? On their it said it's on special + the salesperson confirmed and asked me to get to the store without even asking specific details like, am I the seller or are they the sellers? Next time ask and clarify details from customers before flag off towards store. The lady was struggling and trying to explain the situation I understand she was nice but still that's inconvenience! Bad experience!

   Staff are helpful, but i had to approach one to get assistance. The person was knowledgable and helpful and found the exact item i needed behind the counter. Good range of components and parts. Good range of useful tools for the average punter. Worth a visit if you're needing parts.

   I visited this premises yesterday with my friend who needed batteries for his mobility scooter. Gary assisted us and went above and beyond to help fit the batteries to the charging unit. I thought to myself, this level of service deserves a 5 star feedback. Not surprisingly, I see many good feedback with Gary's name mentioned. What I found very annoying was the store manager Piyush micro-managing Gary like he was a small child and in front of us. "Why you doing this, don't do that, how long will it take, etc". He interrupted Gary about 5 times in the 20 mins that he spent with us. No respect whatsoever and I felt very sorry for Gary. Piyush needs to change his attitude and I hope Gary can find a better manager or better company to work for as he is worth his weight in gold.

   The shop has all the needs you need electronic equipment. They also have kids toys, all the household stuff and commercial electronic equipment. Parking is limited but available mostly.
