   Massive shoutout to Xavier at Briscoes Westgate. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had in any retail store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to help without being pushy at all. You can tell he actually cares about making sure customers leave happy, not just making a sale. Made the whole experience smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. Briscoes is lucky to have him.

   Very helpful and friendly team. I found an item cheaper elsewhere and asked if they could price match it. They didn’t hesitate—applied their policy straight away and even beat the cheaper price by 10% without me asking. Excellent service!

   Great customer service. Great sales. Although they were busy (7.40pm) due to Black Friday sale, they were professional. 2x particular young men helped when bringing items to the car, and when finding extra staff member to help me find some items that I couldnt find on my own. Thank you to the helpful lady for helping me find them. I am sorry that I dont know your names but I appreciate your help with Christmas gifts. I walked out happy with the experience.

   Easy parking. Often have very good specials. Easy to use the ‘buy on line’ computer as the goods we wanted were not in store. But it was couriered at no extra cost to our home address. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

   We only shop when there is a sale on the items we want but always find the store looks like ifs in an ieganised state of chaos. After working my way round the entire store I was so ready to get out of there when we headed to the checkout only to find we had to wind our way backwards and forwards around shelves filled with junk to get there. Wasted half of my life. Not going back until they change it.
