“Hi, I've used this company around 40 times. Never an issue. Often they provide a quality vehicle at no extra charge. The ownership may have changed hands but no apparent issues yet although sometimes nowadays I get a Camry instead of a Merc. Drivers always polite and helpful. Pays to pre-book in advance for a flat rate fare and provide mobile.”

“We used your service on a Sunday afternoon earlier this month after a car breakdown and the service was prompt, friendly, helpful and completely stress free, which is good when your host's car is being towed off. I then manged to leave my wallet in the back of the taxi. Not a great idea but you quickly, efficiently and with a friendly smile put us back together. I was a bit worried since I had already paid online for theAirport Dropoff. I didn't want to miss my flight. But after my experience, I feel it’s only fair to leave a positive review because their service was excellent! The driver was very punctual, and upon arrival, he kindly helped with my luggage, loading it onto and off the vehicle. Throughout the process, the driver was friendly and professional, which made me feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and I wasn’t delayed at all, which ensured I made my flight on time. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected, and certainly different from some of the low ratings I saw. I think they truly deserve a more accurate rating and I hope others will get to read my honest experience!”

“Whilst recently visiting NZ , we needed to catch a taxi from the airport to the Cruise terminal. Upon leaving the taxi we found we had left our video camera in the taxi. Port security managed to contact Taxi-Cabs and contact the driver,Philip, I think. Camera was returned to Port Security and returned to us. Unfortunately, I was not able to thank Philip personally.
