   Used their private van rental for a work event and was very impressed with the service. I had to make some changes to the booking and they were more than helpful with this. Arrived 5min early for pick up, very friendly and a smooth trip. After the event the driver was very accommodating when asked if we could make a detour to drop some stuff back to work on the way to the restaurant. Overall will hire again!!

   After getting a shock from the Uber prices, I was pleasantly surprised how easy to book and budget-friendly this service was. After my flight into Dunedin, the driver made every effort to find two passengers who had also booked, but had made their way to the wrong exit. He also accommodated a destination change for one of the passengers. When I booked for my flight this morning, the website made it easy for me to determine the right time for pick up. The driver also called me five minutes before ... and I wished I had known that as I would have waited in my room rather than the lobby. Overall, friendly and professional drivers and great service! Highly recommended ***** PS: yes, if your destination is the furthest away, you may have long travels, but that's what you should take into account with a multi-stop door-to-door service like this.

   Driver was friendly, helpful & drove carefully but the suspension in the van was so bad, I could feel every bump in the road. It was so bad it caused an old neck injury to flare up! Also, my plane landed just after 9pm, but didnt get to my motel until after 10.30pm because of long detours to drop people in far flung suburbs. Maybe that's normal for Dunedin? (Took different brand of shuttle on way back for a very fast, smooth & comfortable journey - despite it being an older van).

   DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Poor customer service! Driver dropped my fragile bag causing damage to expensive items inside. When asked for a refund they rudely stated that “Your bag didn’t drop. No damage in our care.” I’m sure the 5 other witnesses would say differently. Now are not responding to emails which from other reviews seems very on brand for them. Driver is also distracted while driving booking in people while trying to navigate and drop people off. 0/10 would not recommend. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

   Professional, Punctual, and Friendly Service! At first, I found this company through Google Search, and I noticed their ratings were quite low. I was a bit worried since I had already paid online for theAirport Dropoff. I didn't want to miss my flight. But after my experience, I feel it’s only fair to leave a positive review because their service was excellent! The driver was very punctual, and upon arrival, he kindly helped with my luggage, loading it onto and off the vehicle. Throughout the process, the driver was friendly and professional, which made me feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and I wasn’t delayed at all, which ensured I made my flight on time. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected, and certainly different from some of the low ratings I saw. I think they truly deserve a more accurate rating and I hope others will get to read my honest experience!

   I booked this online for a specific time. When I was waiting for my pick up I was called to advise me that I was not going to be picked up as I was the only passenger and it would uneconomic to take me to the airport. The person on the phone was argumentative and rude and claimed it was my fault because their online form made it clear that ride times were linked to flights (it does not). The very helpful lady at the Quest reception said that this is a terrible company and they never use them! Lesson learned.

   Customer service is shocking, just look at the replies to other google reviews. The guy I talked to on the phone was unprofessional and less than helpful. They do not offer refunds if your fight plans change within 12 hours, they do not offer credit transfer and also will not reply to emails. I was charged for a service I couldn't use because they wouldn't refund me, which I imagine is against the Consumer Guarantees Act. And if you do make it on one of their shuttles it is a gamble whether you're going to get a competent/safe driver or not. I had been using their service for a while but I won’t be any longer.

   We were collected at 7:30am and drove around Dunedin picking people up until 8:20am filling up the van to absolute full capacity, before finally getting to the airport AFTER check in closed! We also booked a car seat and paid extra, and I called to confirm and the car seat was not provided. All round very average service.

   Unreliable and rude. This company booked us in to be picked up between 3.00 and 3.30pm but arrived 30 minutes early at 2.30pm and blamed us for not getting a phone message they sent 5 minutes before they arrived. We just happened to be ready but instead of being grateful for that the driver was really rude and he drove too fast. There were other passengers who were equally unimpressed. The company hasn't responded to my written complaint after 3 weeks. I won't use this company again.

   Driver was very nice and patient, just not sure why i was quoted $50 for a Shuttle from the airport when, apon my friend hearing of this large sum, called them and got the same service in my name at $27.50. Even changed the drop off destination closer to town and i was again quoted $50 for a shorter not out of the way trip. A last minute passenger was nicely accommodated by the driver for $30 which is very reasonable. Information wasn’t passed on to the driver when i cancelled my first booking due to the drastic price reduction. Clearly something below board going on as the driver had Christos 50? written on the board, told him my friend had prepaid and that was that. Doesn‘t leave you with the best feeling.
