   This was one of the worst taxi experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a ride, expecting the driver to arrive on time — but he didn't showed up for more then 1 hour. There was no communication, no updates, i have to ending up canceled my ride and use. Please use other better taxi service companies

   Looks like maxi tax and alert taxi are the same company. Really great seeing Alert Taxis following the road rules. Turning right from a straight only lane on a red light. Really fantastic for your branding. I’m glad other people’s safety is so low ranking for you lot

   Aucklands Leading Taxi Services…..I don’t think so… this needs to be changed to Aucklands Leading Taxi Services ONLY if it is worth money to them. …. How can you call yourself a Taxi company when ALL your drivers REFUSED to take us from the airport to Epsom …. The fare was not worth it to them…. GREAT WELCOME BACK HOME

   None of the Alert taxis would pick us up at the airport…we found out later it was because it was a small fare to Epsom…I suggest you manage your drivers better and instill an honest work ethic in them or put them on the next boat to Suva…

   Terrible, terrible service, taxi does not arrive at the specific time I order it. Late for work half an hour last week. Late again for work yesterday. Driver advised the dispatcher put through a crew request at 14:41pm then he received my booking at 14:47pm. Apparently they put crew (ie: airport jobs, more money) as a priority. Unable to get a taxi home after work, even though I booked well in advance! I will definitely be letting ACC know of their terrible service and how they are "scamming" the government by takiing on the contract but not fulfilling their obligation!
