   Called to report a dangerous driver today KYF385 who almost crashed into my car that had kids in it going to school only to be told to too email them as no one else was in office this morning except her (22nd OCT 8:20am) instead of listening she proceeded to fob me off to the email address. Appalling behaviour from a business we use for our clients at times. We will cease to use your business and will warn others never to either. Disgusting.

   Had an appointment today at doctor to see specialist's, after nine fifteen O clock rang operator three times waited one an a half hours an no taxi arrived walk to bus stop catch two buses to get to appointment, but it was too late specialist had to go, had to rebook, catch taxi back from doctor asked driver if busy this morning? Because I missed my appointment said NO? an was advised to prebook taxi next time, so here we go Thursday 25/09/25 __ 10:15 please

   No eftpos machine in taxi = cash only = driver wasn't t going to take us to airport = had to convince him I'd go to eftpos machine at airport to withdraw some cash = who has ever heard of such a thing as cash only = never again = will force me to use Uber in future = 10 minutes from airport & $40 = what a rip off

   Worst Dodgy taxi . We came first time from australia to auckland airport. The driver from south taxi was standing there and they are not the certified taxis which auckland airport use. We have to go to the city centre and he asked us to pay 140$. Dont use this taxi at auckland airport there is a proper designated area for the taxi rank .

   Our driver Ratan advised when he picked us up from airport and dropped our accommodation that we could call him direct and gave us his card, we called on our day of departure and he said he would pick us up if we paid extra to which we refused he then said we paid over $200 for Pink tickets so why dispute a bit extra on the fare and also said “well what if I don’t pick you up” all we wanted was a ride to the airport if he couldn’t do it he should have just said and we would’ve organised alternate transport…very disgusted we had been having the best weekend and wasn’t a good way to end our trip

   Hi as a visitor to Auckland I expected alot better, the first 3 times I used this service were exceptional the driver arrived in a timely manner and was very professional, then the service I received yesterday afternon was disgusting, I rang and booked a taxi for a time was told the taxis don't go to Otahuhu, (But I was dropped off there in the morning) I was then told there would be a delay, I rang at 220pm to be told that no booking had been made I then waited another 30mins for a taxi and no show so I rang for a third time and to which I was give another taxi companies number to which then I waited another 30mins, this put a big downer on my great trip to Auckland.

   Worst services ever. No supervisor or manager on hand (apparently). I told the person answering the line I want to make a complaint and what's the process. She said "I am the complaints process". And them she said nothing happens even if you go to the board. Great.

   We couldn't. We waited 3/4 of an hour for a pick up from papatoetoe RSA . I rang back she said she couldn't find a driver for cab . I couldn't believe it and canceled it a got a ride with rival company

   Booked a day early for a hospital appointment. Waited and waited but it never arrived. Phoned a couple of times to see where my taxi was and once they finally answered, was told that they were very busy. What's the sense in ordering a taxi a day ahead, if they can't organise their own drivers. Wouldn't recommend. Missed my appointment. Uber was more reliable.
