   Worst service ever, booked for time via web booking and they changed the pick up to suit them too later , don't even try to contact the office it doesn't exist. Stay away use Uber

   Made a booking online day before for an older person who was travelling alone the next day - received a booking ref # but 20 mins after the booking time a driver had still not arrived. I then tried 3 times to ring the office but no one answered, there was no ability to leave a message and the call was disconnected - I had resort to arranging an Uber instead. Sent an email follow up also but this was returned as undeliverable. Very disappointed with this whole experience and will not be using this company again!

   Excellent service, from the initial booking confirmation to the smooth trip to the airport. The driver (Dean) sent us a text the day before, he was perfectly punctual, corteous and a safe and smooth driver. The van was nice and clean. The trip was a fixed price ride, very competitively priced. We will absolutely use their services again

   No a great experience ... $30 ride compared to $9with uner and wanted me to pay cash and then charged me extra for credit card ... 1.2 klm ride and no air con turned on .... never again

   Booked mini-van taxi at 10am for 6:45pm the same day. Was texted to say that I could only accept cash. Then at 6:49 When the taxi still hadn't arrived I messaged them and they said they were still half an hour away. I canceled. Also if I had used them the charge was $85 . I got 3 ubers instead for total of $41.40

   Office staff although helpful weren't familiar with person I had to deal with- she was lovely and when I finally made contact with her tried her best to arrange dealings with her offsider- who for some reason flipped me off saying I hadn't answered my door - my car was there a simple phone call would have clarified that I perhaps hadn't heard his knock on the door- when I finally contacted your office to find out why he hadn't turned up or made contact with me - he left apologies all to the office girl- glad they are not representing me for anything

   Service particularly the driver standards are hitting rock bottom. 3 incidents in 2 months. First one was where I had told the driver (Raj) to come to the entrance but he didnot. I came downstairs with my luggage but he was nowhere to be found. I then called him and asked him where he was and he said he is still in the carpark where he called from. I had clearly told him where to come with the taxi and yet he didnot. He was driving over 110kmh to the airport and twice ran through red light. The second time at the airport traffic lights I had to tell him "hang on it is not ur turn". Second one was when another driver get wrong phone number from their system and puts me in panic as I was to catch my flight. Then when she comes she takes me to the airport using the longest possible route. The third one was last sunday, 21st May. The driver had a weird way of driving. He was using accelerator and break together all the way to airport and had weird way of looking at both mirrors every 5 second. The absolute shocking thing was 3 times his car was veering off towards the barrier on motorway 20 and third time around I had to tell him " ur car is veering off watch it". He laughed it off and said sorry. Seriously, he seemed like he was stoned. When I boarded the taxi from home he kept mumbling to himself and wont start driving (I was in the taxi, my luggage was in taxi) until i asked " are we moving or not". He clearly seemed like he was under influence of some substance. Not using this company again. Btw they overcharge from the quote. $2 fee for eftpos but driver charges $4 extra. Wrote an email to company about overcharging and no replies to date.

   We had a lovely driver with a Red Toyota Camry, we unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was so helpful, so efficient (arrived 10 mins early) and brought 4 of us and ALOT of luggage to our camper van pick up at the airport. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth morning! We will definitely recommend your company because of our driver this morning :) also for a very very fair price! Thank you.

   I made a booking, but they didn't turn up, even after I received the confirmation email the day before. T&C's say I'm supposed to ring within 5 minutes if they don't arrive, which I did, and got an automated message saying they don't do phone dispatches anymore and to use the website! Luckily, a different taxi who drove by offering to pick us up (which I politely declined) came back, and we got to the airport (albeit for twice the "discount taxis" flat fee).
