   Amazing 6hr private transfer service with Joban taking us around Tauranga and to Rotorua! Multiple sites and waiting patiently also walking with us to sites and taking family photos and even offering his own wife at one point. Amazing highly recommend! Last got his brother to come pick us up after shift ended after dinner to take us back to our ship and even brought back a hat left in the car!

   Absolutely shocking service from Tauranga mount taxis today! Had my 96 year mother with me,it was rainy and cold,no help at all,very rude and ignorant,no manners ,I was so appalled at the way he spoke to mum,I will not be recommending this company to anyone at all,I wish I had the taxi number,but I can say he is not from NZ and didn't give a shit!!!Never again !!!

   I encourage everyone considering using this taxi service to consider using Uber instead. I was at a private function over the weekend and a taxi driver for this company parked up outside. My partner and I took the opportunity to leave the venue with this driver and head back to our accommodation. Despite giving the driver very clear instructions (the drive was 5-minutes away and consisted of three turns), the driver turned in the opposite direction even though we told him multiple times “no, you’re indicating in the wrong direction, you need to go the other way”. It felt like this guy was just trying to rack up distance. It gets better though. We arrived at our accomodation and the cost on the dashboard said $12.20. The driver insisted I use tap-to-pay but it felt like he was intentionally hiding the screen from me. Unfortunately I made the mistake of exiting the car before verifying in my bank account that he had probably overcharged me. He took off. Sure enough, $15.00 was withdrawn from my account… It isn’t much. But I guarantee that this company is encouraging their taxi drivers to steal from their customers in small enough amounts that the customer will just shrug it off and take the hit. Just use Uber. Paying up front is safer. For what it’s worth: I did Uber from my accomodation to the venue and it cost me $10.81.

   Absolutely appalling service Booked 2 days in a row to take me to work at 2:45am The first morning I waited extra 10 min then I had to start walking as I was concerned I wouldn’t get to work on time. Taxi arrived at 3.00 am driver phoned but I had got a ride from kind motorist. Taxi was booked also for a pickup at 3:30 pm from my work. Wife had given explicit instructions as to exactly which entrance by street name for pickup, 3:30 I get call from driver he was confused and at another entrance in another street, finally got the taxi home. The second morning 2:45 am pickup booked waited extra 10 minutes driver phoned and said he was on his way I asked him how long he would be he said about 10 minutes this would have resulted in a later arrival than the first day. I told him I was sick of their service and told him not to bother coming so I walked to work. 3:30pm pre booked pick up from work, the taxi driver rang me and advised that he would be another hour and did I still want the pickup? I said no and had to make alternative arrangements which involved walking as well. Don’t rely on this company they are unprofessional and unreliable.

   Don’t use this taxi company, they take advantage of intoxicated individuals. Charged me $100 for a drive down the road from brew n co to sun pacific resort absolutely despicable business from shady Indian men

   For the second time in as many months we have had shocking service from Tauranga Mount Taxis. Both times we pre-booked a taxi van (and had confirmation it was booked) and both times we were let down with them not showing up. Not booked during a busy time so no real excuse. Terrible customer service - both occasions resulted in us being late for pre-booked events. I have always supported Tauranga Mount Taxis, but will not be using them again. Uber it is from now on..

   Booked a maxi taxi with this company two days in advance, didn’t show up and therefore rung the company to enquire about our booking only to receive poor customer service. Staff members were rude and hung up on us numerous occasions. Would not recommend!

   Absolutely terrible. Happy tip. Ones that help me. There aren't many. Whole 12. Days have been riped off most refused to accept disability.card. Discount is 75 per cent off. Most refused. Mainly. Tanned ones. Or if you give. 50 won't give change. They say will come back even with extra. Cash. They all want cash as under the table. Mostly refuse. G P s. Don't company know where they are. Had lovely man y three days. Gave him extra every day. Bought him lunch. Three days. Very lovely friendly man also not from NZ. Told me loves his. Job. Would never do. Anything did honest. I said I believe you. Buy. 90 per cent. Aren't honest. Told. Will taking. Action. Had enough. Debbie
