   Terrible taxi service, would give them a 0 star. Ordered my taxi this morning for my appt using the total mobility scheme, have been waiting here for 30 minutes and called them up and got the response of no taxi avaliable for dispatch. It’s not good enough, if you pre order a taxi they should come on time or tell you the risk of this lateness. Would never advise this taxi to anyone.

   Most useless company ever. Booked 5 hours ago. 10 staff standing on the side of the road and called with 3 mins to pick up saying they can’t do it. NEVER BOOKING AGAIN.

   If I had the option to give zero stars then that’s what I’d give Co-op Taxi. I called as a courtesy to cancel a taxi preordered by the dialysis centre for my dad whom suffers kidney failure. The operator said it was not possible to cancel the taxi and hung up on me!… I phoned back to see if she accidentally hung up and she hung up on me a second time. Rude. I was being polite both times. This company need to work on their customer service and phone manner. This behaviour is unacceptable!

   I booked a taxi the night before for 8am. At 8.10 I phoned and was told traffic was busy and I'd get the first cab in my area. At 8.45 I asked a friend to pick me up. Traffic seemed normal. Co-op staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

   Tell the driver of cab 459 that undercutting the school traffic cue (3.30, Hillsborough rd) and then shoving in will not be met with any patience in future. Today he got the horn and the middle digit. Next time I'll just ram them. They represent your company and need to cue like the rest of us or at least indicate.
