    We had a 5am pick up from a Tauranga Taxis van, to get two bikes and lots of gear to the airport. He arrived a few minutes early and got us there in good time. Very happy with the service!

    Do NOT use this company if you arriving on a cruise ship We experienced very disappointing administration . Despite several phone calls and emails from UK. several weeks ago we were not contacted the day before our booking as promised . We had serious difficulties getting through to the company by phone yesterday but eventually our booking was confirmed last night - but no driver yet allocated . We were NOT met at port as promised by the call handler and on company website and our booking was allocated shortly before pick up time (and pnot to the driver who finally arrived) Ronnie our driver arrived 20 minutes after the time the company had recommended He saved the day with careful but effective driving to get us to Hobbiton with just three minutes to spare. Hobbiton was fully booked all day - any later would have been a very expensive disappointment . Sorry Ronnie was great but the company cannot be awarded more than one star .

    Rang a taxi for 5 adults and 1 child. The operator asked us if we were calling from an Australian number which we were. They told us they would get us a van. They came to the house with 2 different cabs and charged $30 for each cab. It was basically a 5 minute ride down the road. On the way back we got an uber which cost $17. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Absolute rip off especially to any tourists in the area. Kia ora!
