   Hi, I've used this company around 40 times. Never an issue. Often they provide a quality vehicle at no extra charge. The ownership may have changed hands but no apparent issues yet although sometimes nowadays I get a Camry instead of a Merc. Drivers always polite and helpful. Pays to pre-book in advance for a flat rate fare and provide mobile.

   I had a terrible experience with this company and will never use them again. I had a driver who misunderstood my instructions, didn’t use the metre, and didn’t use the GPS and forced me to pay $114 for what should have only been a $35-40 trip. He became very defensive when I questioned why the fare was so expensive and kept blaming me telling me it was my fault. As a female travelling by herself I felt very uncomfortable with this man. When I rang the company to provide them with the ID of the driver and explain my experience they didn’t care at all and completely brushed me off.
