“I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Lucy! I had such a lovely experience with JB Hi-Fi thanks to Lucy, who helped me on 14/10 around 5:20 PM. She was super friendly and helped me pick out a vacuum cleaner and a microwave that were just right for me. Lucy noticed that I might struggle to carry the items down to the car park, and she immediately went to check with the store manager to see if someone could give me a hand. She even helped me find my car — I’m not great with directions — and, together with another team member, carried everything right to my car. Her kindness, initiative, and genuine care really made my day. Big thanks to Lucy for going above and beyond — that’s what great customer service looks like!”

“Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”
