Went in to buy a game for the xbox only to be greeted by absolutely nobody at the counter, waiting over 5 minutes to be assisted to then wait another 5 for them to "check" if they had stock. (They "didn't") Once they checked again (Found it) it didn't work anyway because it wasn't the right one... Dissapointed.
Good store. I've bought every device ive ever owned from this store and I will every time. Great staff. Good location. Decent parking.
Just had the best, most helpful & friendly service from Rukshan. Laptop was having a "bit locker" fit, he not only patiently sorted it the spot for me but then also showed me how to solve in case it ever happens again. Best customer service I've ever received from Noel Leeming Upper Hutt!
Literal scammers. Had the exact same experience as Marilou, i wanted to buy a new phone outright, and the man was SO pushy in making me pay it off with a data plan. I told him multiple times that I could afford to buy it out right, and that is what I wanted to do. He even tried to make me sign up for a CREDIT CARD?! Did not listen to me at all, and I ended up driving to jb hifi in lower hutt to buy my phone. If he had listened to me the first 5 times I said I wanted to buy it outright, rather than treating me like I was an idiot, I would have purchased from Noel Leeming. Made me very uncomfortable.
Went into the store this morning to make a purchase. The staff was completely disinterested and very unwilling to help. Customer experience was dreadful. It's the second time that I've experienced that at Noel Leeming Upper Hutt which confirmed the first experience.I'm just wondering how are they still in business.I'll never visit that store again nor will I recommend. Would prefer go to Lower Hutt.
Excellent service! A man named Rabi helped me choose which Ipad/surface to get and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is a credit to the company. I will definitely be a returning customer.
really good service friendly when approached i do however recommend they approach everyone who walks in no matter what and ask if they need help or assistance took along time for someone to ask

Use to love coming here for my electrical needs, but there was only two staff on and a shop full of people. Not a great way to keep the business alive. It was good to see though that no one was taking it out on the staff… one lady walked out though.
We bought a Stand Up Freezer in December last year with a promise it would be there in 5 days AND that they had some in stock. 5 Months later, we were still waiting…. We have had sooo many broken promises of when it would be arriving…. Today we got our money back and will be going elsewhere!
