“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”

She was able to give me an itemise list of all the things that I would need and let me know to give the store a call in the next couple of weeks to see if the items had gone on sale. “Came across the Clearance Centre quite by chance. Went looking for a treadmill (our old one had finally died) and spent a good hour trying out the equipment and asking questions. Did not buy anything and must have appeared to be tire kickers! A few days later went back and bought the machine we were happy with after looking around. A good saving been clearance but has a full warranty. Also bought a Multi Gym (with the money we saved) at the same time. The staff had been great no pressure up to this point. Delivery was made on time and the items installed where we wanted them without fuss. While trying out the equipment by ourselves (we tested them before the guys left) we noticed the Multi Gym was not as smooth as we thought it should be. The manager (I think Steve) was called and he came around the next morning, found the issue and returned later the same day (at the time he said he would) and corrected the mistake. He then checked all the fittings and made a few tweaks. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.”

I had a special occasion coming up so I needed to find something I'd be comfortable in as well as feel good about myself in. After many outings to stores, giving up and looking online I happened to walk past Miller's at Chartwell. A friend had told me about an amazing staff member in there who had helped her. I figured I'd go in and have a look. I walked around not knowing what I was really looking for, I must have looked a bit sheepish as the assistant asked if I needed some help. Of course I said no but my face clearly said yes please! Within minutes she had me comfortable enough to try some things on and I walked out feeling great about my purchase not only for the fantastic service but the value for money! “This pharmacy is amazing—the owner couple, the pharmacists, and the retail staff are all wonderful. I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”

“This is a smaller Woolworth store focusing on the smaller variety of items due to the busy and premium location. In spite of the smaller stock levels, the variety is well maintained and well displayed too. The aisles are wide and clean. The store layout is very intuitive and focuses on deli, quick bites and coffee. Self service check outs are available too with quick payment options. The location is easily accessible but parking is at a premium and very hard to find. Well recommended to get a quick bite or grab smaller items instead of a complete week or month full of shopping.”

“Great range and always friendly staff. For a small store the prices are really good, a lot of the time better than Cluntdoen a few kms away. They als9 usually have stock that others run out of at the same or cheqper price. The wine selections is fantastic too. We always go there for wine regardless of where we shopped that day. Locslly owned by indidvidual franchisees too. This store has its share of theft and other crimes so please support them.”
