   I have had a very tricky situation arise around a diamond ring purchased quite a long time ago from the Lambton Quay branch. Susie Crawford has been incredibly patient, helpful and persistent in getting a resolution. It’s not often you get such good customer service after the fact, too often places are happy and engaging while your reaching for your wallet, but pawn you off in the aftercare service, once the wallet is back in your pocket. But, this was not the case. Susie took her time, never made me feel like a hassle and has been incredibly helpful. She is an asset to your company

   Shana, went above and beyond to ensure i was well looked after on quality, price and was able to meet everything i wanted in my wedding ring purchase. Shana sold be an incredible green sapphire and gold ring, a unique and high quality piece of male jewelry. I only went into browse, thinking I'd buy a ring from another jeweller's i had been to visit - Shanas first rate costumer service changed my mind and I ended up shopping with Michael Hill, thankfully. Nothing was to much trouble and what an overall great shopping experience!

   I’ve just had an uncomfortable experience at Michael Hill Lambton when my friend and I visited just to browse. The shop assistant (she was alone by the time we arrived) was overly pushy, asking too many questions even after it was clear we just wanted to look around. Despite trying to give polite signals, she kept pressing until I answered, which made the visit feel more like an interrogation than a shopping experience. Her tone and facial expressions came off as intimidating rather than welcoming. This kind of customer service is off-putting, and unfortunately, it has left a negative impression of the brand. I won't be recommending Michael Hill to others—I’d rather suggest my friends and colleagues to go to other stores where the staff respects personal space and allows customers to browse comfortably.

   My partner and I had been to Michael Hill on Lambton Quay but we didn’t like how pushy one of the ladies was so we only went to the manners street MH. However, the Manners St MH didn’t have stock for an engagement ring I was wanting to try on so we had no choice but to go into the Lambton Quay store last Sunday. When we arrived, the store was very busy so there was a short wait but all the retail staff were very apologetic and kept coming back to check on us, which I really appreciated. Chris was our sales person and he exceeded our expectations with his customer service - he was not pushy (even said we could come back another day to pay as my card had a limit), very understanding and attentive, personable with a great sense of humour, great communication, and overall you can just feel how genuine he is with his advice and comments. My partner and I went in to just browse as I already have an engagement ring but we ended up buying the ring as we were so impressed with both the ring and the customer service. This guy needs a pay rise!!

   Just had a horrible experience partner and I were just wanting to have a look at a few engagement rings to figure out what I would be interested in after telling her we just wanted to have a look I tried one on to kinda get a size and she instantly showed me expensive ones took my passport and started pricing up when that’s not at all what we wanted. We both Started feeling like we were trapped and not allowed to leave, never felt like that before and never want to feel that way again. Made a complaint on the Michael hill website. I seriously hope she gets a talking too!!!

   I love Micheal Hill but I can't go store cause they keep trying to sell me something and pressure so instead of feeling relax and shop i feel pressure and get out. Regardless I say I would like to browse , they keep showing me products that doesn't even match my liking.also until you pay they are very very nice BUT once you paid and you got a problem there is no way they will be same ..shame.
