   New to this pharmacy after not a wonderful experience at a local pharmacy in Avondale. Everyone is kind, very helpful, knowledgeable and it's gr8 getting text re meds.

   Please don’t waste your time here. The pharmacists and front staff have very poor critical thinking skills. Needed an emergency enhaler as mine ran out and wanted to be safe till my doctors appointment which I admit has taken a while but it’s been a rough and busy few months. They turn around and indirectly call me incompetent, and that they can’t help me. I don’t know why they rejected it. Im going to get high off Ventoilin? Anyways fast forward to the next morning and lone behold I have an asthma attack. Emergency call and 3 hours later I’m alive and well. But no thanks to these guys. I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you are going to a chemist. Never have I experienced such poor and distasteful service from a group of unethical individuals.

   I always get my Voltaren from Unicem , Yesterday felt like I was being told off by the female pharmacist for purchasing them all the time , I had no idea they effect your kidney but the way she was talking down to me sucked and I grabbed my purchase and walked out , plus I'm battling with depression so didn't help , will not be back I always polite to the staff there

   Excellent staff at Unichem Lynmall. Getting my covid 2nd booster was a breeze. Thank you staff for being so helpful unlike Unichem Richardson road which is a dodgy one!!

   Today I went to unichem, lynn mall. I met with a very humble yet professional lady staff( I guess her name is Martin). she was so lovely, knowledgeable and did a fabulous job. She showed her patience to listen my concern for my sensitive skin and recommended me some products alongside by offering me some samples to try on. Highly appreciated and recommended. Cheers!!

   Have always used this pharmacy since it's close to home but have never had good experience. Every single visit I have been told that my prescription hasn't been received or sent to Gmail email which they don't use or when printing the prescription it comes out blank. Not a single time that the pharmacist has smoothly processed the request. Being pregnant and going in to get medication and going through additional stress has not been great. The pharmacist Razia only knows one response "legally" we can't do that when she has processed the prescription 3 times but keeps nagging about a new issue every single time. My last call I have advised her she can keep the medication and I will go to another pharmacy. As my midwife is qualified and knows how to issue prescription and I understand and can read what she has sent but Razia can't and likes to throw the word "legally" with everything. Since I can't respond to the owner response, the prescription is not issued blank, it has evey detail as it did every single time... I have emails to show or you can check in you emails as well.

   Staff are always super friendly and helpful! Have had a few mix ups with prescriptions thanks to my doctor, and they have always gone above and beyond to sort things out. The blonde woman with glasses who works there is the absolute best, she always makes my day!
