We went back to HOT Rangiora and dealt with Jonathan simply because we have booked other trips through him. The ease of getting the trip organised was fantastic. His knowledge of things to do there and accommodation options is outstanding. And if anything goes wrong while away, he is at the end of the phone to help sort things. We were just a "walk in" to the branch and were greeted straight away by the lovely and friendly Lisa. Just enquiring about doing our first cruise. She aaked us questions about our ideal destinations etc etc and provided us with a couple of options to think on. Has been in regular contact since and gave us plenty of tips and advice since. Be sure to make an appointment before you go as they aren't accepting walk-ins at the moment. However, I went around the corner and called and they let me in a few minutes later. Once in, they were super helpful! They spent so much time trying to work around various dates and get my trip planned!
Incredibly difficult to deal with, wanted to book a cruise. What happened to customer service, gave the details what i was looking for and it was like she wanted me to find the cruise i wanted then they would just take there commission. They need an alternative travel agent in Rangiora
Graham Kevern is the rudest travel agent I have ever come across. He was condescending and terribly rude about my friends choice of accommodation when I mentioned where they were staying the response was "so the very budget end." You would think with the world re-opening travel agents would be a lot nicer and more friendly as they would want all the bookings they could get. I left feel like a dumb little girl and walked on down to Hello World on Conway lane to book with them instead. Nicest ladies in there and the most helpful with all the information they gave.
