I was pick uber order and girl was pointing the parcel and I didn’t identified She was careless and then she talks in Hindi and abused I barely understand what the were talking The lady and guy was disrespectful Always the shops are friendly and I had a bad experience
No customer service. Don't acknowledge you, they talk amongst themselves.
I have been living locally few years now so I qualify for this review., The shop is really good: they stock everything, prices are ok and great presentation. I cannot speak positively about the owner at the counter: incredibly rude, unpleasant, totally disengaged, watching his iPad or eating while “serving” you. The only time he speaks is with his family and in his own language (was told he is Pakistani?). Customer is no king there. I suspect they make so much money that they can’t be bothered with customer service. “Pay and get out without bothering us” . I totally minimise my shopping there as Rototuna Woolworths is 6 min drive from their shop. Shame because the shop itself is great. The next generation will take over one day; that old owner will never be missed.
Went into the store this morning to buy potatoes and biscuits. Potatoes were all green and two of the packets of biscuits were past the best before date. I took them to the counter and let him know. He look at me and said “don’t buy them then” I told him a wasn’t but I was just showing him so he knew. Very rude response. Make sure you check the best before date on anything you buy here !
Super handy, and they have everything you need.

The man at the Store is Racist. I felt discriminated against and i felt uncomfortable. When i entered the store He Asked me if I was buying anything, i thought that was strange and I told him yes that is why I’m at the store. When I went down the isle to pick the items i wanted. I walked back to the counter but found that the man working at the store had followed me to the isle to watch me select my items. When i realised what he was doing. I put my selected items on the counter and walked out of the store. I do not support that behaviour or this business.
