   Went in to try and get a replacement for my bracelet which I have only had for a little over a month and they said that they cant do anything because the bracelet has been exposed to some chemical causing it to change color and that it is why the bracelet has done what it has done, which isn't even anything to do with the problem. I have had so many problems with my jewellery that I have been gifted, such low quality for what you buy and the price. NEVER AGAIN!

   Went in to get 3 charms, and was rudely greeted , like she didnt want to be there. Asked to look at some safety chains and it was almost thrown at me. So walked out and brought online. No wonder people shop online more, with rude service like that.

   Staff stood at desk and looked like they didn't want to be there. There was only us and one other in there. We were keen to look at products but felt like they didn't want our business. We left and went to pascoes where it was very busy and the staff asked if they could help. Night and day difference in the level of service. I point out to my daughter's this and the importance of good customer service.

   Banged out a quick visit to Pandora Riccarton. Thanks to Brianna for being there beginning to end, her willingness to connect my thoughts to a gift was just top tier outstanding.. Pandora riccarton you have Outdone yourselves with that engraving machine on site and so this visit was just absolutely spot on perfect. Love to see companies leveling up ✨ and so this review was totally necessary . My sister loves her gift! And I love that for us. Thannnx a tonne pandora

   Went in last night and there were 3 staff members, all leaning against displays, talking about weekends and swearing on the shop floor. Took them roughly 5 minutes to even acknowledge customers… such poor service

   I usually shop online as experience hasn’t been the best in past times/ However today I thought I would pop in with the free bangle and I wound up having the most delightful customer service I have had in a store here today. Was very very busy. The ladies still took time with me. I did not feel rushed. They helped me find the right size bracelet and charms all while asking me about my day.. Young ladies at the counter were very bubbly and seemed to be having fun even with a line at the counter. After telling them it was my Mother’s Day gift to myself from my dog the lady wrote on the tag “to mum, love dog”. It was very sweet. Did not notice until I got home. An amazing experience and very happy with my new bracelet Left with a big smile today Will be back for Xmas

   Came to this store planning to buy some charms and a ring but…it was like we were invisible?? We were looking around and not once did they come to serve us. Instead people who came in later than us was served. What’s worse is that we made eye contact thinking that they’d be with us after they’re done with their current customer but noooo. So we decided to drive to Northlands where we met Jessie. The best service ever. Fantastic advice and really knew her stuff. Would definitely go back to northlands. Also I was contacted by customer service saying that they would call up to discuss the issue but never got a call and email wasn’t replied to.

   Absolutely love going here the staff are all so welcoming and very helpful, 15% discount on your birthday if your signed up! There jewelery is un beatable. Absolutely beautiful they are stopping there Harry potter line which I was a little saddened by but there are so many different options for any occasion.
