Used to use this pharmacy regularly as is my local so is most convenient especially as we use the practice just next door - But unfortunately just had bad experience after bad experience we now travel further afield to much better and less hurried service. From my baby at the time being given incorrect medication dosages (given the double strength medication, but the sticker covered the dose. I only recognized it was a stronger strength as I'm familiar with the medication - and lucky too! as when I peeled the sticker back I realised that it was 20mg, not 10mg) - to having medications completely left off and forgotten from scripts, or not enough medication being put in the bottle, prescriptions not followed as per doctor instructions. After a year, and a lengthy complaint and conversation with management - I thought maybe I'd try them again. And the first bottle of medication we got was wrong. I had to ring and arrange, and travel back across town to get the correct one. I don't use, nor recommend them at all. I understand they're a busy pharmacy with urgent care just next door, but they just obviously don't have the staff and time needed to cover this.
This pharmacy is amazing—the owner couple, the pharmacists, and the retail staff are all wonderful. I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.

At that time, when I asked about the medicine, I told her that my English was not good enough to understand. I called my husband and asked them to communicate on the phone, but she didn't answer the phone. She said she wanted to talk to me. At that time, the situation was very helpless. I spoke a little louder. Her behavior was very racist. She told me to go out and not to go to your pharmacy in the future.
They sold bad quality cream which smells yucky to my daughter who has Eczema. When I went back to the store, they refused to do the refund. Children with bad condition eczema is really hard. the cream from this store makes it worse

Not a nice place to go. Ask for a phone call back took them all day. Done passport photo and cant listen too instructions. Gave hard copy insteed of email. Once get email photo blurred and got denied. Asked 4 another and nope gotta pay again. Never going back there again.
Visited here not long ago. Hubby needed reading glasses. We looked through all of them but didn't know where to start. A lovely staff member came over and spoke to us. She was very thorough and explained everything to us. Our questions were answered on a note that we could understand. So happy with her. Decided to grab a pair for myself! Thank you team.
