A hot Canterbury day. No air-conditioning in the smelly shop. Two women had more to do than serve me, the only customer in the place. I certainly won't be going back.
Staff is rude and horrible doesn't know hoe to treat the customers .
Went in to purchase some items for my mother, the staff were extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Staff went out of their way to make things easy for me. I enjoyed the relaxed and non pressuring vibe. Best parking here also. To add, big bonus - my mum loved all the items I came away with :)
Lovely store, not so lovely staff, there were a few passive aggressive comments made by one staff member on Friday 4th of October around 1:40pm, that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Very Loud and Rude staff tried to sell us a size bigger than we needed, made personal remarks which made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not be stepping foot in this store ever again. This is the worst in-store customer service I have experienced in New Zealand.
Thank you Cathy at Tower Junction for awesome customer service. You are a star! . Certainly will be looking for you on my next shopping excursion.
