Terrible staff and customer service. The staff was serving a customer ,when I arrived 5 minutes before closing to quickly pick an item. Staff was not accomodating and very unpleasant. Disappointing service.
Yesterday I bought four items including a $35 pullover from this outlet. My size is M and thus I bought this pullover with a Bond brand tag of M size. I trusted Bonds and therefore I didn’t try it. Arriving home, I cut the price tag. Only then I noticed it was very very big. Oh my God, it is as big as a XXL size. Today less then 24 hours after purchase of this pullover, I went for exchange but was rudely refused by a tall lady staff. She refused it because I had cut the price tag. Yes. I cut it but I thought it was a M size. Who would expect it was as big as a XXL size? The standard size of M is 45cm shoulder and 50cm chest. But it is 60cm shoulder and 68cn chest. It is bigger than XL, isn’t it? The exchange was completely caused by their misrepresentation about the size. They put a tag stating it was M but in fact it was a XXL size. No quality. No value for money. So despicable.
Wife ordered items for our newborn baby, online from bonds ausy. Over 150, only never to receive it. They said they sent it buy free standard shipping and not their fault we never received it. That we should check with post nz.
Bloody comfy briefs - doesn't lie when they say they're comfy BUT as every other brand that sells Period Underwear, they just don't protect the front. Super comfy, but lack in protection and absorption. Libra brand is more reliable than Bonds brand in terms of absorption, libra lacks comfortability and protection. Libra - 5star absorption - 1star protection and comfortability BONDS - 5star comfortability - 1 star protection and absorption.
I was there yesterday. One mixed race young lady reluctantly served me with very rude attitude. I don’t know how they trained and managed their shop assistants. I was at the counter waiting for check out. But she ignored me and listened to the conversation between another shop assistant and her customer. When she had to serve me, she was grumpy and rude. She asked me if I wanted a bag, I said no. Then I said yes please but she got aggressive. She said you just said no. I said “can I change my mind”. She ended up having an argument with me.
Store is a mess on weekends ..Bendon way better
Great prices but one off the employees needs to get off her high horse and treat customers with respect ( sadly didn't get her name )

My go to place, great selection regular sales deals and well laid out store
Good selection of underwear and baby clothes and good deals on some stock and multiple purchases. Definitely worth a look.
